Connecting with Your Babyself Meditation

Welcome to the Connecting with your baby-self meditation please read the following guidelines to get the best from this experience.

  1. Please sit upright in a chair and make sure you will not be disturbed in the next 30 minutes.
  2. You may wish to use an eye mask to help block out any light and headphones to block out any sound distractions.
  3. Have a notepad and pen close by as you may want to write some notes during or after the meditation.
  4. If you have major issues with your mother please make sure you listen to the guidance on setting up a safe energetic space during the meditation for yourself and your babyself.
  5. This mediation is not a replacement for therapy and may bring up some big emotions for you so self care is very important. You can stop the meditation at any time and allow yourself to process any big emotions that maybe triggered in you. This is all part of the healing process.
