What if the answers you and your clients are searching for are already being shown to you — through colour?
There is a language that can take us beyond words and beyond the story.
A language we often respond to without consciously knowing why.
Colour.
Perhaps you’ve noticed certain colours appearing during meditation or therapeutic work.
Perhaps a client suddenly describes an emotion as a colour.
Perhaps you’re strongly drawn to one colour and inexplicably resistant to another.
Or perhaps you’ve simply always sensed that colour holds more information than we realise.
The Language of Colour is an eight-part experiential journey into learning how to recognise, explore and work with that information.
And after running this programme, I’ve become even more fascinated by what can happen when we stop simply looking at colour…
and begin listening to it.
This Isn’t About Memorising What Colours Mean
I’ll introduce you to the psychology, symbolism and energetic qualities associated with colour, but this isn’t about learning a rigid system of interpretation.
Because one of the most fascinating things we’ve discovered is just how individual our responses can be.
The same colour can evoke joy in one person…
and an unexpected emotional response in another.
A colour can bring a memory to the surface.
Another can create a sense of safety.
Sometimes a completely different colour appears spontaneously during a process and changes everything.
Rather than immediately deciding what a colour should mean, you’ll learn to become curious about what it is revealing.

Imagine Being Able To…
Understand more about what colours may be revealing during a session.
Use colour when someone can’t quite find the words for what they’re experiencing.
Ask deeper and more intuitive questions without imposing an interpretation.
Explore which colour might provide a resource when someone feels stuck or overwhelmed.
Recognise how different colours can interact within a process.
And become much more confident trusting what you notice.
You’ll Experience the Work — Not Just Learn About It
This is one of the things participants tell me they hadn’t expected.
You might come because you want another tool for your clients… and discover that colour begins revealing things about you.
Each week we’ll combine teaching with guided meditations, exercises, self-enquiry and live demonstrations.
You’ll have the opportunity to notice your own responses to colour and watch how the work unfolds for other people.
And sometimes those demonstrations take us somewhere none of us expected.
“The Language of Colour course was truly fascinating. I wanted to learn how to use colour more effectively with my clients. What I didn’t realise was how much it would personally affect me.
Looking at the colours each week and writing down my reactions was so interesting.
I highly recommend this course for personal exploration as well as for your therapy practice.”
For Practitioners
If you’re already working therapeutically, energetically or intuitively with people, colour can become another language available within the work you already do.
This training may particularly appeal to:
EFT, QFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioners, somatic and body-based therapists, inner-child and parts-work practitioners, energy healers, Reiki practitioners, breathwork facilitators, holistic coaches and intuitive practitioners.
You won’t be learning a replacement for your existing skills.
You’ll be adding another dimension to them.
“For me, it’s an opportunity to bypass the logical mind and the noise of life and tap into the body and what I’m feeling, way beyond the surface.
I now use colour with clients who resonate with it… I especially loved the organic demonstrations that unfolded through what came up with each colour.”
And You Don’t Need to Be a Practitioner
You may simply be fascinated by colour and want to explore your own relationship with it.
This training is equally suitable for personal exploration and self-development.
You don’t need to consider yourself intuitive.
You don’t need previous knowledge of colour.
And you certainly don’t need to be able to “get it right”.
Curiosity is enough.
Real People. Real Responses. Unexpected Discoveries.
This is something I couldn’t really describe when I first created The Language of Colour because I hadn’t yet watched an entire group journey through it.
Now I have.
I’ve watched a participant discover that her intense reaction to a colour was connected with being told she was “too much” as a young child.
I’ve watched another colour lead someone from a present-day fear into a completely unexpected childhood experience and another into a powerful Past Life.
“I was surprised by how powerfully colour could impact meditation. During the Orange meditation, my body and my guides resisted the colour. Several days later, I felt as though a spiritual wound had opened. This was followed by months of visions from what I experienced as a former lifetime, where I had been abducted and taken into slavery by Vikings.
The experience brought me into contact with something that felt deeply connected to my PTSD, and through therapy I am beginning to heal.
Be prepared for change — colour is powerful.”
We’ve seen colours associated with sadness become resources for safety.
We’ve watched people discover that a colour they initially couldn’t tolerate felt completely different by the end of a process.
And we’ve repeatedly seen how differently two people can respond to exactly the same colour.
That’s why the most important thing I’ll teach you isn’t simply what a colour means.
It’s how to listen to the person experiencing it.
“The Language of Colour course was truly transformational. I now bring colour not only into my work, but into my everyday life, with a whole new appreciation for its power and meaning.
I loved all of the meditations and had a particularly special and moving moment during the Purple meditation.
It is a beautiful, insightful and wonderful experience.”
What We’ll Do Together
Across our eight weeks together you’ll experience:
- Eight live two-hour interactive sessions
- The psychology, symbolism and energetic qualities of colour

- Personal exercises and self-enquiry
- Live demonstrations with volunteers
- An introduction to how colours can interact and complement one another
- Practical ways of incorporating colour into therapeutic and intuitive work
- Group discussion and shared learning
All sessions will be recorded, so if you can’t attend live you’ll be able to catch up afterwards.
You’ll receive lifetime access to the recordings and course materials through the membership site.
“At first I was amazed by how much information colour could give us. Little by little, through Sharon’s explanations, exercises and the experiences shared within the group, I began to see how I could bring colour into my work with clients.
I loved the diversity of the examples and experiences and the atmosphere within the group.”
A Gentle, Experiential Approach
Colour can sometimes bring unexpected feelings, sensations or memories into awareness.
We don’t force those experiences.
You’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace and honour your own boundaries, and I’ll demonstrate ways of bringing in resources, grounding and tapping when needed.
Sometimes the most interesting thing isn’t understanding why you’ve responded to a colour.
It’s simply becoming curious about what happens next.

By the End of Our Time Together…
My intention isn’t that you’ll leave with a list of colour meanings memorised.
I want you to leave seeing colour differently.
More confident in noticing it.
More curious about what it’s communicating.
More comfortable bringing it into your existing work.
And perhaps much more aware of the colours that have been speaking to you all along.

Your Language of Colour Course Guide
This time, rather than simply receiving copies of the presentation slides, you’ll receive a specially created Language of Colour Course Guide to accompany you throughout the eight weeks.
It will become your personal place to explore and record your relationship with colour, with:
- Key teaching points from each part of the course
- Space to record your responses and discoveries
- Self-enquiry and reflection questions
- Exercises to explore between sessions
- Colour combinations and observations
- Meditation reflections
- Notes from demonstrations and your own experiences
- Practical prompts for those who want to begin bringing colour into their existing work
By the end of our eight weeks together, you’ll have created something much more valuable than a set of slides — your own personal Language of Colour reference guide, filled with what the colours have revealed to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The Language of Colour is equally suitable for personal exploration and for people who work therapeutically, energetically or intuitively with others. If you’re a practitioner, you’ll discover ways of incorporating colour into the work you already do. If you’re joining for yourself, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to explore your own relationship with colour.
Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about colour psychology, energy work or the Colour Mirrors system before joining. We’ll build the work gradually throughout the eight weeks.
That’s absolutely fine. There is no requirement to see colours internally or consider yourself intuitive. People experience colour in very different ways, and part of the course is learning to notice and trust your own responses rather than trying to have the “right” experience.
It’s highly experiential. There will be teaching, but you’ll also experience guided meditations, exercises, personal exploration, group discussion and live demonstrations. The intention is for you to experience the Language of Colour rather than simply learn about it.
Yes. These have become one of the most fascinating parts of the course. Volunteers can explore something that has arisen for them in response to a colour, allowing everyone to observe how the process unfolds organically.
Yes. You’ll receive your own Language of Colour Course Guide to accompany the training. Rather than simply receiving copies of the presentation slides, you’ll have a resource containing key teaching points, reflection questions, exercises and space for your own observations and discoveries.
Colour can sometimes bring unexpected feelings, memories or sensations into awareness. You’ll be encouraged to work gently, honour your own boundaries and go at a pace that feels appropriate for you. I’ll also demonstrate ways of using tapping, grounding, resourcing and colour itself to support a sense of safety.
No. Demonstrations are entirely voluntary. You can participate in the whole course without ever volunteering for one.
If you’re already appropriately trained to work therapeutically with clients, you can begin incorporating colour as an additional resource within the scope of your existing practice. This course doesn’t qualify someone as a therapist or practitioner in its own right.
All eight sessions will be recorded and made available within approximately 12 hours, so you can catch up if you miss one or revisit the teaching afterwards. Attending live where possible will give you the richest experience because you’ll also benefit from the demonstrations and group exploration.
You’ll receive lifetime access to the course recordings and materials through the membership site.
