Overview:
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the needs of others, confused about our own priorities, or unfulfilled despite our best efforts. This 5-part webinar series is a journey to help you reconnect with your authentic self, set boundaries that protect your energy, and discover a purpose that brings meaning and joy. Each webinar offers practical tools, exercises, and insights to address the core challenges we all face and empower you to live intentionally.

Part 1: Over Responsibility and Responsibility to Self
- Do you feel like you are carrying the world on your shoulders but still have trouble saying No? Do you feel like you have to be the responsible one in the family or over responsibility for your clients, kids, colleagues, friends and even complete strangers?
- This session is designed to help you understand where your sense of responsibility end and others’ begin, freeing you from the burden of over-responsibility.
- What You’ll Learn: Together we will explore where and when you decided you had to be the responsible one and the limiting beliefs that continue to hold this in place.
- Practical strategies for setting boundaries without guilt, finding balance between self-care and caring for others, and releasing the need to always “fix” others.
Part 2: Boundaries with Others
- Do you feel obligated to say “yes” to others even when it drains you? Struggle with the fear of disappointing people? Are others frequently crossing your boundaries or taking advantage of your kindness? Are you a people pleaser? Do you feel uncomfortable expressing your needs? In this session, you’ll build confidence in setting and maintaining boundaries with others.
- What You’ll Learn: Your limiting beliefs around your boundaries. Clear, compassionate ways to communicate boundaries, tips for maintaining them even when it’s challenging, and exercises to express your needs confidently without fear of losing connections.
Part 3: Self-Love and Self-Care
- Do you often feel drained or struggle with guilt when trying to take time for yourself? Do you find it hard to prioritise your needs over others’? This webinar will guide you to release guilt, embrace self-compassion, and build a self-care practice that truly nourishes you.
- What You’ll Learn: Discover the foundations of self-love and how self-care is an act of self-respect. You’ll leave with practical self-care routines and the mindset shift needed to embrace self-compassion fully.
Part 4: Exploring Values and Needs
- Are you unclear about what really matters to you? Do you find it challenging to prioritise your own needs or feel unsatisfied with life choices? This session helps you uncover your core values and identify your true needs, creating a framework for decision-making that aligns with who you are.
- What You’ll Learn: Gain clarity on your unique values and explore how to prioritise your needs without guilt. With exercises to identify what matters most, you’ll be better equipped to make aligned choices that lead to lasting fulfillment.
Part 5: Living with Purpose
- Do you feel like you’re just “going through the motions” without a true sense of purpose? Do you fear it’s “too late” to find your path? This final session will help you connect with a deeper sense of purpose and integrate it into your daily life.
- What You’ll Learn: Discover ways to align your actions with your purpose, overcome fears that block you from pursuing meaningful goals, and create intentional habits that bring purpose into every day.
Tools: Self enquiry techniques, EFT, Quantum Field Tapping, Light Matrix and guided meditations to access your subconscious and work with your younger self.
