How The Light Matrix Began
There was a time in my life when I thought I roughly knew how things were meant to unfold.
Then everything changed.
When I was 26 years old, my partner Mark died.
The grief was unlike anything I had ever experienced. And like many people who have lost someone they love deeply, I found myself questioning everything — life, death, purpose, and whether any of it meant anything at all.
Yet something unexpected began to happen alongside the grief.
I became increasingly aware that Mark had not simply disappeared.
His physical body was gone, but my experience of him was not. I continued to feel his presence, his guidance, his connection — in ways that gently and permanently changed my understanding of reality. It was as though he had simply moved to what I now call “the other side of life” — and from there, he was still showing up for me.
This led me to explore whether some of our most significant experiences might not be random at all. Whether there might be a deeper intelligence at work in our lives — one that we can access, if we know how to enter the right space.
It led me to question whether consciousness continues beyond physical death. Whether we are shaped not just by our own experiences, but by those of our ancestors going back generations. Whether there might be a higher purpose behind the challenges that shape us most profoundly.
These questions became the foundation of what is now the Light Matrix.
Over many years of exploration — working with EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Quantum Field Tapping™, meditation, breathwork and the deeper realms of consciousness — I began to understand that healing doesn’t always have to happen through the story. Sometimes the most profound transformation comes from rising above it.
Today, one of the greatest privileges of my work is helping others step into that higher space — and discover the understanding, the healing and the wisdom that may be waiting for them there.
What Is The Light Matrix?
The Light Matrix™ is a multidimensional healing framework that allows us to explore emotional, mental, physical and spiritual challenges from a higher perspective.
Think of it this way: most of us have spent time working within the Matrix — the energetic field where all our past, present and future stories are held. Our memories, our beliefs, our wounds, our patterns. It can feel dense in there. Heavy. And it takes enormous courage to keep going back into it.
The Light Matrix is what exists beyond it.
When we enter the Light Matrix, we move into a high-vibrational, deeply safe space — a place where there is no judgement, no punishment and no story. Only love, light and a much wider perspective on why things have happened and what they are truly here to teach us.

The Science Behind The Soul Work
One of the things I love most about the Light Matrix is that it honours both the scientific and the spiritual — because in my experience, they point towards the same truth.
When we work with ancestral patterns, we are not simply exploring abstract or spiritual concepts. We are working with something that cutting-edge science is now beginning to confirm.
Epigenetics — the study of how our environment and experiences can alter the way our genes are expressed — has shown us that trauma does not always end with the person who experienced it. Research by Professor Rachel Yehuda at Mount Sinai School of Medicine found that the children and grandchildren of Holocaust survivors carried measurable epigenetic markers related to stress and trauma, even when they had no direct experience of it themselves.
Studies of the Dutch Hunger Winter — a period of severe famine in the Netherlands in 1944 — found similar patterns: the grandchildren of women who were pregnant during that time showed physiological effects that could only be explained by inherited epigenetic change.
In other words: we can carry the imprints of our ancestors’ experiences in our very biology.
The Light Matrix gives us a way to access those inherited patterns at a level deeper than the story — and to begin the process of healing them, not only for ourselves but for the generations that follow.
What You Will Experience
Module 1 Entering The Light Matrix
We begin by learning how to enter the Light Matrix — the high-vibrational, safe healing space that exists beyond our stories. You will experience your first guided journey, meet your guides and light family, and explore the specific areas of this space that will support your work. We also introduce the Four Bodies Model — physical, emotional, mental and spiritual — and begin to understand how challenges are held across all four levels of our being.
Module 2 Healing Through Energy & Consciousness
Here we deepen our understanding of the energetic fields that surround and inhabit the body. You will work directly within the Light Matrix using colour, frequency and vibrational energy as healing tools. We explore how the emotional and mental bodies hold our patterns — and how working with these fields from a higher perspective can create remarkable shifts, often without needing to re-enter the original story.
Module 3 Ancestral Healing
Some of our deepest patterns do not originate with us at all. In this module we explore family consciousness and the science of epigenetic inheritance — how the unresolved experiences of our parents, grandparents and ancestors can live in our bodies, our beliefs and our behaviours. Working within the Light Matrix, we learn how to identify and clear inherited ancestral patterns — and in doing so, support not only our own healing but that of future generations.
Module 4 Past Lives & Soul Healing
When certain fears, relationships or patterns repeat in ways that defy explanation from this lifetime alone, past life exploration can offer extraordinary insight. In this module we work safely within the Light Matrix to access past life experiences, resolve unfinished business, reclaim strengths and gifts from other lifetimes, and support the parts of our soul that may still be holding energy from long ago. We also explore what happens during the transition of death — and how this understanding can transform our relationship with grief, loss and fear.
Module 5 Life Purpose & Soul Lessons
Why did you choose this life? What did your soul come here to learn, heal and contribute? In this deeply moving module we explore karma as a law of magnetic attraction — how unresolved energy from past lifetimes and ancestral lines continues to draw experiences to us until it is understood and healed. We visit the moment of conception and pre-conception to access the soul’s original intention for this lifetime, and explore the specific lessons — around love, separation, forgiveness, self-worth, boundaries and authentic power — that your soul chose as part of this journey.
Module 6 Future Self, Healing Rooms & Manifestation
We complete the programme by turning our gaze forward. You will build and personalise your own Healing Room — a sacred inner sanctuary you can return to again and again. You will meet your Future Self, explore possible future timelines, and discover how to manifest from the heart rather than the mind. True manifestation happens at the level of the soul — and when head desire and heart desire come into alignment, your soul can begin bringing to you the experiences you truly want.
Your Personal Healing Room
One of the most treasured aspects of the Light Matrix is the creation of your personal Healing Room.
This is not a metaphor. It is a real inner space — a high-vibrational sanctuary that belongs to you and you alone — where healing, insight, learning and guidance can take place.
Your Healing Room can have its own entrance, its own spaces for different kinds of work, its own tools and helpers. Over time, as you work within it, it deepens and expands with you.
You can use your Healing Room to:

If you work with clients, you’ll gain a powerful new framework for your practice. If you’re attending for yourself, you’ll leave with tools you’ll use for the rest of your life.
No. Some people experience past lives, ancestors and future selves as literal experiences. Others experience them as symbolic representations from the subconscious mind — aspects of consciousness, or ways of accessing deeper wisdom. The Light Matrix does not require you to adopt any particular belief system. You are simply invited to remain curious and discover what feels true for you.
This is a highly experiential training. You won’t just learn about the Light Matrix — you’ll experience it through guided journeys, demonstrations, live healing processes, meditations and group exercises.
Yes. Throughout the training Sharon will demonstrate the Light Matrix with volunteers so you can see exactly how the process unfolds in real time.
That’s completely fine. You do not need to be psychic, intuitive or spiritually experienced. Many people find that their natural intuition develops gradually as they begin working within the Light Matrix.
All recordings will be uploaded to the membership site within approximately 12 hours of each session. You will have lifetime access to revisit the training whenever you wish.
